Our heavy duty racking system has been built 4 feet above ground level to ensure protection in an event of floods.

Our software can locate your inventory in a matter of seconds and quick retrieval of records is something that we have mastered over time. Every record in the facility is barcoded and is placed in its specific alphabetically organised racks.
The facility is monitored 24/7/365 by some very well trained professional security staff. The facility also goes through stringent audits every year to make sure that our facility standards are upto the mark and as safe as they can get.
Our Security measures include
- Fire Alarm & Protection Systems: We make use of the latest fire detection systems and have strategically placed fire extinguishers across the Record Centre. Our employees are also trained by an external agency to deal with the unlikely event of an outbreak of fire.
- Access Control: Our facility is fitted with Biometric Access control devices to ensure controlled access.
- Video Camera Surveillance: The entire facility has 24x7 video surveillance to ensure security in the premises. These videos are continuously recorded and backed up.
- Pest & Rodent Control Systems: Periodic pest control is performed in the premises by professional and qualified pest control agencies to ensure there are no pest or rodents in our facility.
- Trusted Staff: All Packways Logistics employees have background checks & police verification. This is a part of our strict operating procedure and confidential handling approach to ensure secure service to you.
- Confidentiality: All boxes stored at our facility only have a randomly generated barcode number. There are no markings anywhere on them to distinguish boxes of one client from another. This method of storage helps to maintain anonymity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Viewing Room: We have a separate room for checking of records at our premises if you would want to visit us.
